Facility Rentals

Host your next business meeting, training or reception at The Fort Bend Chamber.

Main room rental is $50 per hour Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, $75 per hour before or after normal business hours and $125 per hour on weekends.

Board room rental is $30 per hour Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, $40 per hour before or after normal business hours and $65 per hour on weekends.

All rooms are reserved by the hour with a two hour minimum. Sodas, coffee and/or water can be supplied for a small fee. If catering is required, the scheduling and payment of the caterer is the renters responsibility. The Chamber does not contact the caterer.

Non-Members are welcome to rent our facilities during normal business hours only. In addition to the fees mentioned above, non-members will be charged an additional $100. Payment for facility rental by non-members is due before the rental date.
